Warehouse Operative – Amersham

Location: Amersham, Buckinghamshire
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
Contract: Temporary ongoing

Vanta Staffing is currently recruiting a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join a small, friendly team based in Amersham.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work, has good attention to detail and takes pride in completing tasks accurately and efficiently.

The role involves a mixture of general warehouse duties, order preparation and light assembly work.

• Picking, packing and preparing customer orders.

• Collating and organising orders ready for dispatch.

• Carrying out light assembly and bench work, including gluing and sticking.

• Checking orders for accuracy and quality.

• Following instructions from supervisors and completing tasks efficiently.

• Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised working environment.

• Supporting colleagues with general warehouse duties as required.

• Previous warehouse, packing, production or bench assembly experience would be advantageous.

• Good attention to detail and the ability to carry out repetitive tasks accurately.

• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

• Reliable, punctual and able to work well within a small team.

• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.

• Able to commute reliably to Amersham for an 8:00am start.

• £12.71 per hour.

• Consistent Monday-to-Friday daytime hours.

• No weekend working.
