Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience. Analyse recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices. Experience Proven experience in a recruitment environment is highly desirable, however not essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients and candidates alike.
