Key Responsibilities Providing full secretarial support to conveyancers, including audio and copy typingPreparing and formatting legal documents, contracts, and correspondenceManaging diaries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating client meetingsHandling incoming calls, emails, and client enquiries professionallyOpening, maintaining, and closing client files in line with compliance proceduresLiaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third partiesSupporting the conveyancing process from instruction to completion About You Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within conveyancing is essentialStrong audio typing and document production skills Confident using case management systems and MS OfficeA proactive, supportive team player with excellent attention to detail Ready to take the next step?
