The firm operates across 21 countries worldwide and prioritises corporate social responsibility, diversity, equity, and inclusion. This is a pivotal, greenfield opportunity to build a data capability within the Business Development and Marketing (BDM) department.

This newly created role focuses on developing data governance and establishing processes to ensure data quality and integrity. You will guide a team of Data Stewards internationally and act as the overall data owner for BDM data, ensuring compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.

Key Requirements

Extensive experience in data management in a complex B2B, professional services, or legal environment.

Experience translating business needs into data and analytics solutions, with a focus on business development, marketing and/or client insights.

Experience as a data owner with responsibility for data governance and quality assurance in a highly regulated environment.

Comfortable navigating a greenfield or transformational environment, with the ability to bring clarity and structure.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of a new data capability for the BDM function from scratch, including frameworks and governance.

Define and implement data governance, quality assurance, privacy, and security standards for BDM data.

Act as the data owner for BDM data and oversee a team of Data Stewards distributed internationally.

Translate business needs into data and analytics solutions to support marketing, business development, and client insights.
