The role:

Lead the daily operation of the multi-site kitchen, you will be hands on.Manage the GP, labour and all costs and budgets.

Recruit, train, develop and lead your team.

Monitor stock levels and manage stock ordersManage the cleaning of equipment and working areas to the highest food hygiene standards.Prepare and cook the core company menu

Plan rotas and holidays to meet service level requirementsWho we are looking for:Successful and experienced Head Chef/Kitchen Manager with a background managing high volume fast paced kitchens serving core to spec company menus and area/multi-site experience
