Reeson Education is looking for a Level 3 EYP to support nursery and school EYFS settings across the borough of Enfield, North London, including Edmonton, Palmers Green, Southgate and Enfield Town.

Role Highlights for a Level 3 EYP

• Position: Level 3 EYP
• Pay: -14.2516.65 per hour, depending on experience and assignment.
• Location: Enfield, North London.
• Start: ASAP, following registration and safeguarding checks.
• Contract: Flexible supply and longer-term opportunities, depending on vacancies.

Your Role as a Level 3 EYP

You will work as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, supporting children''s learning, care and development within the EYFS.

• Plan and support play that develops communication, confidence and curiosity.
• Encourage personal, social, emotional and physical development.
• Contribute observations and help plan appropriate next steps.
• Support care routines and maintain a safe, stimulating environment.

What We''re Looking For in a Level 3 EYP

• A Level 3 EYP must hold a recognised Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years.
• A Level 3 EYP with direct nursery or EYFS experience and a nurturing, reliable approach.
• An understanding of the EYFS framework, child development and safeguarding.
• Safeguarding awareness and an enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply for one.
