We are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join the Pre-Construction team of an established developer-contractor Based in Chester with genuine hybrid working, you will help shape major developments before they reach site, influencing cost, design, procurement, buildability and commercial viability. It is still very much a Quantity Surveyor role, but with one important difference: you will be involved at the point where your commercial expertise can have the greatest impact. Rather than inheriting a project once construction begins, you will work alongside development, design, technical and construction colleagues to ensure each scheme is commercially robust and positioned for successful delivery.
