Our client is dedicated to providing exceptional experiences, ensuring every detail shines.Responsibilities:Assist with day-to-day facilities tasks as instructed by the Facilities team.Supervise contractors performing minor or small works, including MEP tasks as required.Work alongside the in-house decorating team and the CAFM administrator to plan and coordinate works.Conduct weekly site inspections focusing on maintenance issues, including roof checks and front-of-house facilities.Manage stores for general spares and collaborate with the maintenance manager to keep inventory up to date.Assist with Legionella-related tasks, coordinating with contractors and the maintenance team.Liaise with our outsourced maintenance team to resolve outstanding issues.Collaborate with specialist drainage contractors to ensure satisfactory completion of drainage-related works.
