The vacancy would suit a proactive administrator with strong customer service experience and the ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support across operations and corporate servicesSupport day-to-day office and facilities managementCoordinate starter and leaver processes (equipment, system access, inductions)Act as first point of contact for queries and requestsSupport health and safety administration and committee activityManage office consumables in line with purchasing proceduresLiaise with internal teams and stakeholders to support service deliverySkills and ExperienceExperience in a customer service-focused administrative or operations roleStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlinesConfident, professional communication skills (written and verbal)IT literate (Microsoft Word, Excel and office systems)Proactive, flexible, and able to work independentlyAdditional InformationOn-site role based in Leeds city centreSome flexibility in working arrangements may be availableOccasional travel may be requiredNot eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship
