This exciting opportunity involves driving quality and testing excellence across the organisation, ensuring that products delivered to customers worldwide meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and compliance.Key Responsibilities:In this hands-on role, the successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting multiple departments, including Engineering, Production, and Purchasing. The primary responsibilities include:Quality Assurance: Raise, investigate, and manage internal, supplier, and customer non-conformance reports.Lead or support root-cause investigations using methods such as 5 Whys and fishbone analysis.Collaborate with various departments to agree on corrective and preventive actions, monitoring them through to effective closure.Conduct internal audits of products, processes, and quality management systems.Support the maintenance and continual improvement of the company''s ISO 9001 quality management system.Lead external certification audits and monitor quality trends and recurring defects.Develop inspection standards, acceptance criteria, and quality-control documentation to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
