Temporary – Potential Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

Working on behalf of Pertemps for our Banbury-based client

Location: Banbury

Salary: £27,000 per annum / £13.15 per hour

Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00

• Friday: 08:30 – 16:30

• 1 hour lunch break per day (30 mins unpaid)

The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a proactive and organised Administrator to join our Banbury-based client on a temporary basis, with the potential for a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills who enjoys working in a busy office environment and being part of a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving and processing sales orders via telephone and email

• Checking stock availability and issuing invoices

• Maintaining accurate sales records and customer information

• Compiling monthly sales reports

• Arranging installation dates with customers and Sales Managers

• Providing administrative support to the Sales Managers

• Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth order processing

• Supporting colleagues with ad hoc administrative duties as required

Skills & Experience Required

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
