Hoop Nursing & Healthcare are looking for 2 Children''s Senior Support Workers to support a service that provides safety and care to young people, who are experiencing social and behavioural challenges, in a residential service in Llanelli. This opportunity is on a temporary basis at this time, working agency shifts. You will be working alongside an established and experienced team who will support you to ensure the young people are getting the most from your interactions and for you to find your own way of enriching their lives.-

Duties include:

- supporting young people who are navigating behavioural challenges

- creating and maintaining a safe environment for the residents to feel able to express themselves and learn new ways of handling situations

- maintaining accurate records to ensure all needs are met and provided-

- working with the wider team to enable residents to live fulfilled lives and reach potential

Essenstial for the role:

- you must have either the Level 3 diploma in Children & Young People or the Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) to be considered for this interim role

- due to the timescales with this temporary contract, your DBS must be on the update service

- a minimum 1/2 years experience of supporting children and young people
