MEP Project ManagerThames Valley Park, Reading 350- 400 per day (Outside IR35)Long-Term Contract September StartThe OpportunityWe are recruiting on behalf of a growing MandE contractor that has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across the South East.Due to continued growth, our client is looking to appoint an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead the delivery of a 3.5 million CAT B commercial fit-out at Thames Valley, Reading.The project comprises a CAT B fit-out across three floors delivered over three phases, providing an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative business with a strong pipeline of future work. Following successful delivery of this scheme, there will be opportunities to move onto specialist laboratory refurbishment and office-to-laboratory conversion projects across Oxfordshire.The RoleReporting into the Head of Operations, you will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the MEP package from pre-construction through to handover.You will act as the primary point of contact for the client on site, coordinating subcontractors across all MEP disciplines while ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.You will be supported by an experienced Site Manager who has worked with the business for over two years, alongside regular involvement from the Head of Operations and Operations Manager.Key ..... full job details .....
