Full Time - 9 am - 5 pm would consider 9 am - 3 pm

Our extremely friendly client based in Braunston is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their busy small team.

Main Tasks:

• Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with customer and client enquiries professionally
• Preparing and creating paperwork in preparation for quotations, and general office administration
• Conducting online and administrative searches as required
• Completing and submitting tender bid documentation accurately 
• Providing administrative support to a team of surveyors
• Maintaining organised filing systems and office records
• Assisting with general office duties and daily operations
• Overseeing the smooth running of the office in the manager’s absence

Person Spec

• Previous administration experience, within a construction or related industry would be an advantage but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office packages
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Professional telephone manner
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive approach
• Friendly and approachable
