Key Responsibilities:

  Planning and delivering well-structured, engaging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4

  
  



• 
  

  Supporting students in developing logical reasoning and numerical fluency

  
  



• 
  

  Marking, assessing, and tracking student progress to ensure positive outcomes

  
  



• 
  

  Contributing to curriculum development within the Maths department

  
  



• 
  

  Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

  
  



• 
  

  Taking part in departmental meetings, school initiatives, and CPD sessions

  
  

What We''re Looking For:

• 
  

  QTS or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred but not essential)

  
  



• 
  

  Experience teaching Maths at a secondary level

  
  



• 
  

  Strong subject knowledge and a passion for numbers and problem-solving

  
  



• 
  

  A dynamic and student-focused approach to teaching

  
  



• 
  

  Excellent behaviour management and organisational skills
