This service provides support to young people with a range of needs including mental health challenges, autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, emotional and behavioural needs, trauma backgrounds and young people transitioning towards independence. We are looking for dedicated and resilient individuals who are passionate about supporting young people and helping them achieve positive outcomes. The Role As a Youth Support Worker, you will provide tailored 1:1 support to young people within the service, promoting independence, wellbeing and personal development. You will build positive relationships, encourage engagement in education, employment and training, and support young people to develop essential life skills while maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
