Senior Business Analyst for a major offshore wind project based in Denmark

Responsibilities

• The core responsibility of the role is the systematic steering of the Engineering resource budget, including distribution, analysis and continuous alignment with Controlling, HR and the line organisation. This includes performing deep-dive analyses on selected project-related capacity challenges to identify root causes, resolve inconsistencies and align expectations with key stakeholders.
• The role also supports resource ramp-up and ramp-down planning, bottom-up ambition rate and utilisation calculations, productivity KPI tracking, and topics related to PEX and Non-PEX cost structures.
• The position plays an active role in shaping and implementing the new resource management processes and system landscape, ensuring that the future setup provides the required level of transparency, data quality and reporting capabilities.
• The objective is to enable line managers, Engineering Managers and other stakeholders to operate within a clear and well-structured Resource Management framework.
• The role further supports Management in preparing performance metrics, KPIs and dashboards for the monthly Performance Review meetings, and facilitates dry-runs as well as preparatory alignment sessions.
• Another key aspect is setting expectations and following up on the development and implementation of Power BI reporting capabilities.

Requirements:

• Analytics & reporting on resource budget, performance and utilization.

• Preparation of Management KPIs and dashboards for monthly Performance Reviews.
• Facilitation of dry-runs and preparatory alignment meetings.
• Bottom-up calculation and validation of ambition rates and utilization assumptions.
