You will provide clear leadership, using coaching and motivational techniques to foster a positive, proactive, and customer-focused service, while taking accountability for assigned tasks and outcomes. You will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies that promote a culture of continuous high performance, supporting the team through change, encouraging personal development, and empowering members to be confident, flexible, and decisive in meeting targets and growing within the organisation. What you ll bring: Previous management experience, gained within a customer focused environment. A passion to lead and inspire a team in the delivery of a high level of customer service, motivating them to meet targets. Experience of leading a team through change. Experience of working to KPI s and SLA s. The ability
