Your main responsibilities will include:Data Entry:Process customer spares orders from initial order to final dispatch note.Manage purchase orders, stores requisitions, and engineer''s car stocks.Sourcing:Locate spares and components from other branches or external suppliers.Negotiate prices when necessary to ensure competitive rates.Inventory Management:Monitor stock levels to assess part turnover and identify reordering needs.Replenish stock and maintain accurate records in the computer system. Communication:Handle general telephone inquiries and liaise with couriers and transport companies.Prepare and send quotation faxes or emails.Financial Duties:Raise invoices and credit notes, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.Maintain organised filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
