Are you a passionate and experienced SEND Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference? A warm and inclusive primary school in Aston is seeking a dedicated TA to support pupils with higher needs in a full-time role starting in September.

This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with children who have a range of additional needs, including nonverbal communication and complex learning profiles. You''ll be an essential part of a nurturing team, helping pupils engage, communicate and thrive in a classroom environment.

Your Role:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with high-level SEND needs
• Support children with nonverbal communication using visual aids and structured routines
• Collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver personalised learning
• Encourage social development and build pupil confidence
• Adapt resources to meet individual needs

We''re looking for someone with:

• A Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or equivalent
• Experience supporting children with SEN, particularly autism and communication needs
• A calm, patient and proactive approach
• Ability to follow EHCP targets and support strategies
• A calm, resilient, and patient approach
• A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
