The Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant specializing in ASD, you will:

- Continuously monitor the progress of students with ASD, offering valuable feedback to teachers and parents to support their educational development effectively

Requirements:
We''re seeking candidates who possess:
- Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role, with a specific focus on supporting students with ASD
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help students succeed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in the context of supporting students with diverse needs
- Adaptability and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary school team
