Lead and develop a large finance team (around staff including 3 direct reports).Oversee period-end close, review key outputs, and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.Work closely with Finance Business Partners to interpret key cost drivers, support financial performance reviews, and advise on technical accounting matters.Deliver meaningful analysis and commentary to senior stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and clarity.Champion process improvement and efficiency across the Finance Operations function.
