This is a hybrid, permanent opportunity offering up to 38,000 depending on experience.The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a high-quality HR service across the business, with a strong focus on Employee Relations and absence management. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing practical, commercial and solutions-focused HR support in a fast-paced environment. Key ResponsibilitiesManaging end-to-end Employee Relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and performance mattersAdvising and supporting managers through absence management processes.Coaching and upskilling managers to build confidence and capability in handling people mattersSupporting investigations, hearings and appeals, ensuring best practice and legal complianceProviding clear, consistent advice in line with company policy and current employment legislationAssisting with policy updates and continuous improvement of HR processesSupporting wider HR projects and initiatives as required.About Youproven experience in an HR Advisor roleStrong ER experience, managing cases end to end with minimal supervisionConfident handling complex absence management casesExperienced in coaching and supporting managers in a commercially focused environmentSolid knowledge of
