This is a hands-on engineering role involving firewall, security infrastructure and access control platform patching during planned overnight maintenance windows. Key Responsibilities Implement security platform patches, firmware upgrades and vulnerability remediation changes. Carry out approved firewall and network security infrastructure changes. Perform pre- and post-maintenance checks and validation testing. Troubleshoot issues arising from security infrastructure changes. Maintain change records and operational handover documentation. Essential Skills Strong hands-on enterprise network security engineering experience. Practical experience across technologies including: Check Point, Palo Alto and Fortinet Cisco ISE and Cisco Firewall/FMC Citrix NetScaler Experience patching and upgrading security infrastructure in live production environments.
