As our Property Sales Administrator, you''ll provide vital support to our Sales Team and customers across a 12 million annual sales programme. You''ll help progress Shared Ownership resales, staircasing and new build sales from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring documents, records and regulatory checks are accurate, complete and handled within the required timescales. This is a varied, customer focused role where you''ll combine detailed administration with regular communication across the business and with external partners. You''ll take ownership of your work, maintain high standards of integrity and accuracy, and work collaboratively to deliver a smooth and professional service for our customers.
