Reporting directly to the Profit Centre Manager, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining customer relationships while driving sales growth.Key Responsibilities Engaging with potential customers through outbound callsDeveloping and maintaining strong client relationshipsProviding top-quality customer service and supportPreparing and processing quotations and sales ordersAssisting customers at the trade counterFollowing up on quotes and converting them into ordersProactively reaching out to customers to ensure satisfactionSupporting the team with general office and trade counter duties Essential Skills and Experience Proven sales experienceExcellent communication, interpersonal, and numerical skillsStrong work ethic and self-motivationStrong negotiation and persuasion skillsAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Benefits Company pension schemeProfit-sharing opportunitiesStaff discounts Preferred Qualifications and Requirements Minimum of 4 GCSE
