Purpose Due to continued success and growth, my client is recruiting for a full-time Trainee Agricultural Recycling Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will support in the day-to-day management and delivery of our recycling contracts, working closely with the local Agricultural Recycling Managers to develop the skills and knowledge required for the role. Responsibilities will include assisting with the supervision of land-spreading activities, carry out regular field inspectiosn, complete soil sampling, gathering of information from landowners and data entry. Main Duties and Responsibilities What you need to do: Support Agricultural Recycling Managers with daily tasks Interact effectively with landowners and farmers Carry out field pollution risk assessments, mapping, data collection for EA/NRW/BAS permits, post application inspections, stockpile storage management, RAMS etc. Collection and submission of soil, water and product samples for laboratory analyses Support with data entry of tonnages Support with mapping use of mapping software, What 3 words and grid references Provide holiday or sick cover for Agricultural Recycling Managers and site operators Ensuring all activities comply with applicable regulations, defined Health and Safety standards, Quality Management Systems and ISO accreditations Shared Duties What everyone does: To act as an ambassador for the Group at all times.
