You will play a key role in developing long term relationships with clients and identifying and attracting high-quality candidates. The Role Build long term trusted partnerships with clients. Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking and internal databases. Screen CVs and conduct telephone, video and face to face interviews. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies. Write and post engaging job advertisements across multiple platforms. Arrange interviews and coordinate candidate communications. Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Monitor market trends and identify new sourcing strategies. The Person Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, talent acquisition, b2b sales or customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
