Fire Safety Remediation Manager

Location: London (or flexible/remote options)

Are you experienced in managing complex remediation projects, especially within fire safety and building safety?

Would you like to be at the forefront of crucial safety improvements for high-rise and residential buildings?

We are seeking a dedicated Fire Safety Remediation Manager to lead and coordinate remediation projects relating to fa-ade safety, including applications to the Building Safety Fund. This pivotal role involves liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as primary contact for remediation projects, overseeing progress and compliance
• Manage applications for Building Safety Fund and other funding sources
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams on project deliverables
• Prepare and deliver client communications and progress reports
• Organise waking watch relief and liaise with funding agents where applicable

Skills and Experience Required:

• Project management experience in fire safety or construction sectors
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects independently
• Familiarity with building safety legislation and funding processes
