Lead Senior Quantity Surveyor

South West London | -70,000 - -80,000 + Package

CSC Recruitment is working with a well-established regional main contractor that has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality projects across London and the South East. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint a Lead Senior Quantity Surveyor to take commercial responsibility for a flagship scheme in South West London.

The initial project is a -32m residential development, comprising a single 9-storey block with a basement. As the project is yet to commence, this is an excellent opportunity to join from the outset and play a key role in its successful delivery.

The Role

• Lead the commercial function on a flagship project.

• Manage all commercial and contractual aspects from pre-construction through to final account.

• Work closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team.

• Mentor and support junior commercial staff where required.

• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Lead Senior Quantity Surveyor.

• Main contractor background.

• Strong experience delivering hotel and/or residential projects.

• Excellent commercial, contractual and negotiation skills.

• Ability to lead the commercial function on site.

Salary & Package

• -70,000 - -80,000 basic salary.
