Customer Care ManagerLocation: NorthamptonSalary: 28,500 - 31,000 depending on experienceContract type: PermanentWorking hours: 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday About the roleWe are seeking a proactive Customer Care Manager to join our team in Northampton. In this role, you will manage all aspects of customer aftercare, including warranty and repair works, small works pricing, and remedials, as well as carrying out occasional site visits and inspections.
