Tenant Liaison Officer . This role is key to ensuring the smooth delivery of energy efficiency projects, while putting tenants at the heart of every decision. This is a chance to play a vital role in improving homes, reducing carbon emissions, and enhancing the tenant experience. You’ll work with a supportive team, gain exposure to high-profile projects, and help create lasting positive change for local communities. Responsibilities

Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, providing clear updates on gas and electrical works.

Act as the bridge between tenants, contractors, and council staff, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of issues.

Assist with planning and scheduling works to minimise disruption for residents.

Provide support throughout the retrofit process—from answering queries and resolving complaints to offering practical guidance.

Carry out occasional home visits and attend tenant events to engage with residents directly.

Monitor project progress and track tenant feedback, suggesting improvements where needed.

Ensure all activities comply with health and safety regulations and industry standards.

Educate tenants on low-carbon heating systems and energy-saving practices.

What Were Looking For

Experience in a tenant-facing/customer service role, ideally within housing, construction, or compliance.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.

Confidence in liaising with contractors and internal teams.

Flexibility to attend home visits and community events as required.
