PA Secretary - Eastleigh | 3 Days per Week - Temporary role until Christmas | -15 per Hour | Immediate Start

We are currently seeking an organised and professional PA Secretary to provide support to a senior leader within a busy education setting in Eastleigh. You must have previous experience within a similar role as you will be expected to hit the ground running. If you have worked within an education setting previously this will be advantageous but is not essential.

Key responsibilities include:

• Diary management and meeting coordination
• Taking minutes at meetings
• Managing and responding to emails
• Arranging visitors, including catering and parking
• Welcoming visitors and escorting them to and from reception
• Providing comprehensive administrative support

What we''re looking for:

• Previous PA, Executive Assistant or senior administrative experience
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a busy workload
• A transferable Enhanced DBS certificate or willingness to undergo a new Enhanced DBS check
