Overview
D365 Principal Production Business Consultant – Location: Home-based with travel to client site or Columbus offices as required. Salary: Negotiable. Bonus: Yes. Hours: Full time (36.5 hpw).Responsibilities
Take ownership of complex D365 Production projects, bringing clarity to clients, mentoring your team, and guiding solutions from concept to go-live.Lead scoping sessions, influence design and architecture, and ensure delivery meets the highest standards.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping optimise finance operations and realise long-term value.Coaching consultants internally, contributing to best practices, and helping the organization grow.Work across industries, collaborate with colleagues, and shape your career toward thought leadership, solution design, or strategic consulting.Travel and hybrid working: on-site consultancy time when requested, with advance planning (2-week blocks); office attendance at least once a month or as needed for meetings.Flexibility to work from home or Cubo offices around the UK, with travel to client sites as required.What we can offer

Experience in implementing D365 Production modules within a customer or partner environmentKnowledge of Manufacturing, Retail, Warehousing and Life Science industriesAbility to deliver complex ERP projects with a referenceable customerAbility to build and maintain relationships with C-Level stakeholders and become their trusted advisorExperience leading and guiding a team and serving as a primary contact beyond a core functional areaFull driver’s licence and access to a vehicleCurious, proactive, and collaborativeCommitted to personal development and becoming a trusted advisor in your fieldNext Steps
