We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a supportive secondary school in Rochdale. This rewarding role will involve working closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and the SEND department to provide high-quality support to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and those with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
