This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who can lead a team, maintain high production standards and ensure daily operations run safely, efficiently and in line with quality and food safety requirements. Reporting to the Senior Supervisor, you will oversee a team of approximately 14 Line Leaders and Production Operatives, supporting the smooth running of production activities throughout your shift. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate and support production employees to achieve daily targets and maintain high performance standards. Production Planning: Ensure production schedules are followed and targets are met efficiently and on time. Quality and Food Safety: Maintain high standards of product quality, hygiene, food safety and housekeeping in line with company procedures.
