Company and Commercial Solicitor (3+ Years'' PQE) Tunbridge Wells, Kent An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Company and Commercial Solicitor to join a growing and well-regarded law firm in Tunbridge Wells. This role offers you high-quality corporate and commercial work, advising business owners, SMEs, companies, partnerships and LLPs across a broad range of transactions and commercial matters. The Role You will work on a varied caseload including: Business and share sales and acquisitions (£500,000 to £20 million) Share Purchase Agreements, Asset Purchase Agreements and ancillary documentation Due diligence exercises and disclosure processes Shareholders'', partnership and LLP agreements Terms and conditions of business and commercial contracts Share buybacks, reorganisations and other corporate transactions You will manage matters from instruction through to completion, liaising directly with clients, accountants and other professional advisers while providing practical, commercially focused advice.
