About the Quality Assurance and Regulatory Manager job The purpose of your role will be to focus on ensuring the company meets customer, regulatory, and external accreditation requirements for quality and food safety, maintaining legal compliance, and achieving industry certifications. Act as part of the senior leadership team driving continuous improvement. Key tasks Maintain and develop BRCGS and ensure audit readiness. Oversee HACCP, TACCP, VACCP, and the wider Quality Management System. Manage supplier approvals, handle any issues or complaints, maintain traceability, and make sure all processes meet high standards for food safety, quality, and sustainability. Stay on top of current and emerging legislation, manage labelling and external portals and work with external bodies to ensure the company adapts to any changes in legislation.
