Role Paralegal Practice Area Dispute Resolution Company Top 500 Legal firm Size Circa 100 employees across 5 offices Based Hoddesdon Offer £25,000 - £28,000 per annum + benefits We are currently working with a highly regarded firm based in Hoddesdon who are looking to hire a Dispute Resolution Paralegal on a full-time permanent basis. The firm are ideally looking for someone with previous paralegal experience ideally with a background working within Litigation who is looking to progress their career. Typical duties would include You''ll be the first point of contact for new inquiries and will handle all aspects of file opening, including conflict checks and spreadsheet updates. Your role includes managing fee earner diaries, arranging appointments, and assisting with creating bundles and collating documents for legal cases. You will handle billing, manage the receipt of funds, chase clients for payments, and liaise directly with the Accounts department. You''ll be responsible for chasing responses from external parties, including the court, barristers, and opposing solicitors. The successful candidate Previous experience working in a similar role.
