Role Overview We are looking for a highly experienced UI Lead Frontend engineer with strong expertise in modern frontend technologies, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and AI-powered development tools such as Anthropic Claude and Claude Code. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, high-performance, reusable, and maintainable frontend architectures for enterprise digital platforms. This role requires strong hands-on technical leadership, deep understanding of AEM-based digital experiences, and the ability to leverage Generative AI to accelerate software development, improve engineering productivity, and modernize UI delivery. Key Responsibilities 1. UI Architecture and Technical Leadership Define and drive enterprise-wide UI engineering, frontend standards, and best practices. Deliver and implement scalable frontend solutions using React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Design reusable component libraries, design systems, and micro-frontend architectures. Establish best practices for performance optimization, accessibility (WCAG), SEO, security, and responsive design. 2. Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Expertise Design and implement frontend architectures integrated with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
