Training and Procedures Manager

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Training and Procedures Manager to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of training documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).This role requires a procedures expert with strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with airline partners. The successful candidate will also be responsible for building and managing a well-organised library of training resources.Key ResponsibilitiesDocument Management: Ensure all training documents and SOPs are accurate, up to date, and compliant with industry standards. Airline Liaison: Maintain regular communication with airlines to ensure documentation aligns with their current requirements.Procedures Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support on procedural matters to staff and trainers.Training Resource Management: Develop and maintain a centralised library of training materials to support consistent and effective delivery.Training Integration: Collaborate closely with senior learning and development leadership to ensure corporate training content is effectively integrated.Reporting: Provide regular reports to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) on training performance, compliance, and areas for improvement.Software Implementation: Lead the adoption and use of new software tools to enhance training efficiency and document control.Innovation: Contribute to the development of innovative methods for delivering trai
