Key Responsibilities of the Housing Customer Service Advisor: Acting as the first point of contact for social housing tenantsDealing with queries with regards to repairs, ASB, lettings, tenancy management and rentsBooking and scheduling in appointments with tenantsSignposting customers to internal and external agencies where appropriateTaking payments from customers and setting up direct debitsSupporting the team with regards to customer feedback, including customer satisfaction surveysMaintaining accurate records of customer accounts and changes to existing accounts ..... full job details .....
