This is a service where there are behaviors that challenge, but training is provided, and you will also provide support to all individuals via shared support and on a 1 to 1 basis. The service users have various activities they attend with staff support. These include Snoozelum, Nova Club, in-house arts and crafts and cookery sessions, aromatherapy as well as house trips and holidays.What You''ll Be Doing:Every day''s different, but your role could include:Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, or physical disabilities to live independentlyHelping people with everyday tasks like shopping, cooking, or managing moneyEncouraging people to connect with friends, family, and the communityProviding personal care (with dignity and respect)Making each day meaningful
