IT Manager. This role would suit a confident IT specialist, with strong ERP skills and who likes to work autonomously with confidence to support external service providers.

The Job:

• Maintain and develop company infrastructure (servers physical and virtual)
• Manage network connectivity and associated devices.
• Desktop and laptop deployment support
• Maintain telephony network connectivity.
• Software support for Windows, Office, CAD systems
• ERP systems maintenance and troubleshooting
• Provide day to day technical support to users.
• Manage system updates and backups and overall security.

About you:

• Strong understanding of ERP systems with demonstrable experience
• Broad technical knowledge across server networks and associated software
• Good all-round IT background with the ability to develop and improve systems.
• Proven experience collaborating with external suppliers.
• Relevant qualifications would be a distinct advantage.
• Clear and patient communicator when supporting employees.
