The Parts Advisor will play a key role in supporting the workshop, managing stock, and contributing to the overall success of the business. Your responsibilities will include:Assist customers and workshop staff with parts enquiries (in person, phone, or email)Identify correct parts using electronic catalogues and systemsProvide quotations, pricing, and availability of partsProcess orders, invoices, payments, and receiptsMaintain stock levels, order new parts, and conduct stock checksReceive, unpack, and store deliveries correctlyKeep accurate records of parts transactions and inventoryEnsure the parts department is clean, organised, and efficientLiaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth operationsPlease note: Full t
