The role is responsible for ensuring effective demand planning, production scheduling, and resource alignment to meet customer requirements and operational objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and develop the planning function, ensuring robust processes and clear accountability. Own and maintain demand and production planning processes to support on-time delivery and operational efficiency. Translate customer demand and forecasts into achievable production and capacity plans. Collaborate closely with production, procurement, logistics, and senior leadership teams.
