Key Responsibilities +Lead daily production activities to ensure customer orders are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards. +Conduct daily team briefings covering production targets, Health and Safety, and 5S activities. +Ensure all products are manufactured in accordance with approved procedures and quality standards. +Drive improvements in Right First Time (RFT) performance and reduce defects, rework and scrap. +Lead, coach and develop a team to achieve high levels of engagement and performance. +Drive labour productivity, efficiency and cost improvements. Key Skills and Experience: +Minimum 5 years'' experience within a Lean Manufacturing environment. +Previous experience leading production or assembly teams. +Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools - 5S, TPM, Kaizen, 8 Wastes and 5 Why problem solving +Experience using IFS or another MRP/ERP manufacturing system.
