Paid Ads Manager

We are searching for an experienced Paid Ads Manager to lead our clients paid advertising department. You will manage and optimise advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn and TikTok.Additionally, you will utilise sales attribution software to effectively track and analyse ad performance. This pivotal role involves handling multiple client accounts, managing monthly ad budgets ranging from five to seven figures, and consistently delivering profitable Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).You will report directly to the CEO and you will play a key role in driving departmental innovation and growth.The role is offered on a hybrid working basis, 3 days in the office (located in Exeter, Devon) and 2 days working from home.To be considered for the role you MUST live within a commutable distance of Exeter and you MUST have the Right to Work in the UK without Company Sponsorship.
