They have a strong pipeline of work for at least the next 5 years and, as part of their continued growth, they are actively seeking a Site Engineer to join their delivery team. This is a full-time permanent position based in the Solihull area. Your new roleAs Site Engineer, you will be responsible for setting out, quality control, and managing site operations related to drainage, groundworks and reinforced concrete structures. You''ll play a key part in delivering essential infrastructure works, working closely with subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure project success. Key responsibilities include: Preparing and implementing safety documentation (RAMS)Monitoring progress and maintaining detailed site recordsEnsuring compliance with design specifications and industry standardsConducting inspections and quality checks (ITPs, NCRs, DOWLs)Using GPS, total stations, and laser levels for accurate setting outSupporting quality handover and readiness reviews.
