Key Responsibilities for the Senior Building Surveyor:Delivering a variety of Building Surveying services across multiple projects in diverse sectors.Managing client relationships and ensuring effective service delivery for each project.Conducting building pathology, condition surveys, and due diligence assessments.Designing and specifying projects, including Net Zero initiatives.Overseeing pre- and post-contract duties and contract administration.Managing projects and applying standard building contracts (e.g., JCT, NEC).
